I didn't fiddle with making a pie crust because I am just not a good crust maker, so that being said I bought pie crusts to make a pie and chose this one for its simplicity and it sounded so yummy with the lemon to cut the sweetness a bit. It was yummo! My kids had it with ice cream and ate it all. Another winner from Recipezazz that's a keeper!
