Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in nonstick skillet and saute onion and garlic until soft.
Step 2
Add garbanzos and tomatoes to skillet and heat for 5 minutes.

Place in a salad bowl and toss with additional olive oil, parmesan, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4
