Step 1: Heat oil in nonstick skillet and saute onion and garlic until soft.
Step 2: Add garbanzos and tomatoes to skillet and heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Place in a salad bowl and toss with additional olive oil, parmesan, fresh basil, salt, and black pepper.
Step 4: Serve warm or at room temperature.
