Combine mince and onion in a bowl.
Place sesame sees on a plate.
Shape pork mixture into 12 patties and press each patty into sesame seeds to lightly coat.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat and cook patties, in batches, for 2 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through and transfer to a heatproof plate.
Meanwhile, soak noodles in boiling water in a heatproof bowl for 1 minute and then stir to separate stands and then drain well and add carrot, zucchini, mint and half the sweet chilli sauce and toss to combine.
Top noodles mixture with patties and serve3d drizzled with the remaining sweet chilli sauce.

Wow, thank you for sharing this truly lovely recipe Pat. I enjoyed it so much. The pork patties were wonderful when added to the noodle dish. Do not leave the mint out, it brings the dish together beautifully. I didn't have enough dried rice noodles so I used eggless noodles they worked really well in this dish.
