"This is so juicy and tender with Asian flavours. It can be marinated the day before and made so fast and easy the next night. I control the sodium I consume...so what I do is use 1/2 the amount of low sodium soy sauce and equal amount of water. It gives the tenderloin the delicate flavour of soy without all the sodium."

Delicious! We really enjoyed the pork tenderloin which I marinated about 8 hours. We doubled the amount of meat but kept all the other ingredients as listed which worked out well for us. Thanks for sharing!

This smelled so wonderful! It was like being in a restaurant. I am thinking I marinated it for about 20-22 hours by the time I put it in the oven. I want to have this one again for sure. Also I followed the advice and used half regular soy and half water and it was fine.

10 stars! Easy and delicious. Rather discard the marinade, I heated it up and drizzled it on the pork just befor serving.

WONDERFUL! I lucked out on some lovely tenderloins and loved loved how the ingredients came together to make for lovely Asian flavours, as well as being juicy and tender. Great presentation as well! Another keeper!
