"This is so juicy and tender with Asian flavours. It can be marinated the day before and made so fast and easy the next night. I control the sodium I consume...so what I do is use 1/2 the amount of low sodium soy sauce and equal amount of water. It gives the tenderloin the delicate flavour of soy without all the sodium."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, ginger, garlic sesame oil and cloves.
Step 2
Add the pork and seal bag and turn to coat.
Step 3
Massage the meat for a few seconds and place bag in bowl and refrigerate.
Step 4
Every so often during marinating, massage the meat and turn.
Step 5
Marinate for 8 - 24 hours.
Step 6
Drain and discard marinade.
Step 7
Place sesame seeds in shallow dish.
Step 8
Roll pork in sesame seeds and place in sprayed 9x13 pan.
Step 9
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 10
Bake uncovered, at 425F for 20-30 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
