Step 1: In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the soy sauce, ginger, garlic sesame oil and cloves.
Step 2: Add the pork and seal bag and turn to coat.
Step 3: Massage the meat for a few seconds and place bag in bowl and refrigerate.
Step 4: Every so often during marinating, massage the meat and turn.
Step 5: Marinate for 8 - 24 hours.
Step 6: Drain and discard marinade.
Step 7: Place sesame seeds in shallow dish.
Step 8: Roll pork in sesame seeds and place in sprayed 9x13 pan.
Step 9: Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Step 10: Bake uncovered, at 425F for 20-30 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
