Step by Step Method

Step 1

Add cut potatoes to a large pot and fill with water, enough to cover potatoes. Bring water to a boil and put a lid on pot. Simmer potatoes for 10 minutes or until fork tender.

Step 2

Put remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk together. Drain potatoes and add to the seasoning mixture. Toss together so potatoes are well coated and serve immediately.

Yum! I used low sodium soy sauce and Splenda for the sugar. They worked great and the potatoes have so much flavor! I made as a side to go with Bea's Perfect Pan Seared to Oven Steak, and had pickled beets on the side. Sounds weird, but it tasted so good together. Thanks for this one Lori! Linda

Engrossed

Fabulous! Super easy, super tasty. Great Asian flavors that pair nicely with potatoes. I used lite soy sauce, 2 packets of Splenda and garlic powder in this. I wasn't sure whether to use toasted or regular sesame oil, so used regular. I did overboil my potatoes, but it didn't affect the tastyness. I loved the sweet/salty in this.
