  • 2 large potatoes, french fry cut
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 large scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Add cut potatoes to a large pot and fill with water, enough to cover potatoes. Bring water to a boil and put a lid on pot. Simmer potatoes for 10 minutes or until fork tender.

  • Step 2: Put remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk together. Drain potatoes and add to the seasoning mixture. Toss together so potatoes are well coated and serve immediately.
