I made this on 11/22/13 for the " Alphabet Tag " in the Games Forum. Since I really didn't need all of the dredge only half was made. After cutting some Boneless Country Style Ribs into cubes and putting them into an egg/milk wash. Then the egg coated cubes were lightly covered in the seasoned flour and fried. Both my SO and I really liked the taste, but felt by reducing the spices & herbs some of the flavor had been lost. But when I make this again, the flour will be reduced but not the seasonings. Thanks for posting and," Keep Smiling :) "

My husband got some fresh water fish from a friend and I was searching for a flour mixture that looked good. This one caught my eye and I decided to try it. I am glad I did, because it made the fish so delicious! I will use this on other things because we both loved it so much. Now a regular in my cupboard mixed up and ready to go at a moments notice!
