Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together, some people beat egg whites stiff and fold in.

In buttered non stick skillet pour 1/3 cup batter in and with spatula start moving batter around like scrambled eggs.

Repeat step 3 to keep making more servings.

Step 5

Top with fruit of choice.

I'm using canned peaches fried in butter until warm.

Step 7

Dust with powdered sugar.
