Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons raisins, optional
  • Topping
  • 1 can (16 ounce) peaches (drained, warmed in butter, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients together, some people beat egg whites stiff and fold in.

  • Step 2: Let rest 20 minutes without stiff egg whites.

  • Step 3: In buttered non stick skillet pour 1/3 cup batter in and with spatula start moving batter around like scrambled eggs.

  • Step 4: Repeat step 3 to keep making more servings.

  • Step 5: Top with fruit of choice.

  • Step 6: I'm using canned peaches fried in butter until warm.

  • Step 7: Dust with powdered sugar.
