Step 1: Mix all ingredients together, some people beat egg whites stiff and fold in.
Step 2: Let rest 20 minutes without stiff egg whites.
Step 3: In buttered non stick skillet pour 1/3 cup batter in and with spatula start moving batter around like scrambled eggs.
Step 4: Repeat step 3 to keep making more servings.
Step 5: Top with fruit of choice.
Step 6: I'm using canned peaches fried in butter until warm.
Step 7: Dust with powdered sugar.
