Savory Grain Bowls
"Found this in an old magazine. It uses leftover grain, I also added leftover salmon to this savory version."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan and add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add the spinach, some salt and pepper and toss for a couple minutes until spinach is somewhat wilted.
Step 3
Fluff up the grain and divide between 2 bowls.
Step 4
Top with spinach, avocado, onions, tomato and salmon.
Step 5
Drizzle with a little extra olive oil or some balsamic vinegar.
