Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a wok or skillet, add garlic, saute 1 minute

Step 2

Add swiss chard over high heat, stir fry 2-3 minutes. The water clinging to the chard after washing is enough liquid to cook it.

Step 3

Just let the chard wilt, do not overcook, season with salt and pepper serve

I used some frozen swiss chard that I had from my garden to make it and it was delicious. The only thing I added was a splash or two of vinegar.
