Step 1: Heat oil in a wok or skillet, add garlic, saute 1 minute
Step 2: Add swiss chard over high heat, stir fry 2-3 minutes. The water clinging to the chard after washing is enough liquid to cook it.
Step 3: Just let the chard wilt, do not overcook, season with salt and pepper serve
