  • 1 pound red Swiss chard (washed, bottom stem removed, coarsely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oil (olive oil)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil in a wok or skillet, add garlic, saute 1 minute

  • Step 2: Add swiss chard over high heat, stir fry 2-3 minutes. The water clinging to the chard after washing is enough liquid to cook it.

  • Step 3: Just let the chard wilt, do not overcook, season with salt and pepper serve
