"A simple mix of heavy cream, fresh corn, cilantro and fresh lime juice. Sauteed where the corn becomes creamy and sweet. A great side dish not only for Mexican dishes but any main dish. the lime and cilantro gives it a nice fresh flavor. Serve along side tequila chicken, spicy margarita shrimp or your favorite tacos."
