Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Trim stems from zucchini and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and put in a large mixing bowl. Use you hands, mix together seeds with sausage, bread crumbs, garlic, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
Step 3
Stuff each of the zucchini "boats" with sausage mixture. Place stuffed boats in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 4
Pour spaghetti sauce over the boats and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Step 5
Cover with aluminum foil and cook for an hour, or until sausage is completely cooked through.
