Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Halve the potatoes and scoop out the centers, leaving unbroken shells.
Step 3
Cook centers in boiling salted water until tender.
Step 4
Drain and mash.
Step 5
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Step 6
Stuff into shells.
Step 7
Place in a greased baking dish.
Step 8
Bake for 1 hour.
