Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix sausage bacon tomato sauce egg bread crumbs herbs, veggies together should be moist, then put in zip lock bag with corner sniped.
Step 2
Lay out sheet of puff pastry, cut in 1/2 length wise.
Step 3
Put a layer of filling down the middle using Ziploc like piping bag.
Step 4
Fold over both sides til the meet in middle brush with egg to seal.
Step 5
Brush with milk and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Step 6
Cut into 6 to 8 pieces. repeat.
Step 7
Bake on parchment paper to brown bottoms
Step 8
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden
Step 9
Serve with tomato sauce.
