Pour over potatoes and carrots

Cover with foil

Place in frigidaire

When ready to bake

Place in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes covered

Uncover and place cut biscuits around edge and down center

Bake 12 more minutes

Sprinkle on the cheese bake 3 minutes more
