"A very easy tasty recipe for salmon. Do not put the lemon juice on the salmon until you are ready to cook it. Lemon juice will "cook" the fish. I like to serve the fish with Tartar sauce."

We were gifted two beauteous sockeye salmon fillets and made your recipe. It is perfect for this salmon. It enhances the qualities of the fish without overpowering it with a sauce. The timing was spot on for one fillet and because the other was a wee bit thicker, a few more minutes in the oven did the trick. Update 12/10/20: This time made them with frozen salmon portions with great results. Always delicious! Love the simplicity and great flavour! Thank you for sharing Bergy!

This went great with the Lemon Spinach Pasta I made. We love salmon and it's so good for you. This is pretty healthy, so it's a win win situation for us!

We eat fish often and especially in the summer. This was cooked on the grill over indirect heat, and came out beautifully. It was tender and cooked just the way we like it. Pink in the middle. The dill and garlic really shone through and the flavors were delicious!
