Step 1: Rinse and dry your salmon filets, place them in a baking dish. Flesh side up.
Step 2: Spread a tablespoon of butter on each filet
Step 3: Sprinkle on the garlic
Step 4: Season the filets with salt and pepper
Step 5: Sprinkle on the lemon juice
Step 6: Bake in preheated 375f oven for 20 minutes. The actual baking time depends on the thickness of your filets, Bake until the fish easily flakes.
