"A very easy tasty recipe for salmon. Do not put the lemon juice on the salmon until you are ready to cook it. Lemon juice will "cook" the fish. I like to serve the fish with Tartar sauce."

Step 1
Rinse and dry your salmon filets, place them in a baking dish. Flesh side up.

Spread a tablespoon of butter on each filet

Sprinkle on the garlic

Season the filets with salt and pepper

Sprinkle on the lemon juice
Step 6
Bake in preheated 375f oven for 20 minutes. The actual baking time depends on the thickness of your filets, Bake until the fish easily flakes.
