"Very easy and good. This uses red chile honey, which I bought at Whole Foods, but I think is a regional item sold in the Southwest, but it is very easy to make your own. Recipe source: Coyote Cafe"

What a nice sweet salmon dish...the hubby didn't dip his salmon in his normal ketchup/mayo mixture...NOW...that was a first...this is really easy to prepare and it taste awesome...I served this next to some rice and steamed broccoli...for a wonderful dinner...it's a keeper...I couldn't locate the red chile honey...so I made my own...I let it sit just a bit over the 1 week mark...yummy stuff...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
