Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat broth, add saffron and let set 5 minutes.

Heat oil in covered saute pan.

Add rice and season lightly.

Cook until opaque.

Add chicken broth and cover, simmer on low for 20 minutes.

Take off heat and let set 5 minutes.

Add butter and olives, stir.

Add parsley and season to taste.
