Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Prepare your baking sheet. Line the sheet with aluminum foil, with the sides folded up to contain any juices from the roasting strawberries.
Step 3
Wash the strawberries. Cut off the caps. Place on the baking sheet. Roast the strawberries for 15-20 minutes, or until the strawberries start to caramelize.
Step 4
While the strawberries are roasting, mince the garlic.
Step 5
Puree the roasted strawberries and all the other ingredients with either a hand blender or in a food processor, until smooth.
