Step 1

Preheat oven to 450f degrees. Arrange fish on foil lined greased rimmed baking sheet. Stir together coriander black bean and garlic sauce and garlic. Spoon over fish.

Step 2

Roast in 450f degree oven until fish flakes easily when tested, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with green onions.

Rich rewarding flavour. I used a Basa fillet and Black Bean sauce. Lots of garlic too. I forgot to add the green onions before serving - I had them sitting in the fridge all ready but we were just too hungry I guess. This recipe will be made again Thanks Derf for a lovely dinner
