Step 1

Grease a large baking pan lightly with cooking spray. Heat oven to 425 degrees

Step 2

In a large bowl toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, garlic and Parmesan cheese.

Step 3

Spread the cauliflower out on the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Oven roast for 25 to 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.

The parmesan with the cauliflower is wonderful. The trick is trying to keep the cheese on the cauliflower. Picking it off the foil works too - lovely and crisp. Thanks ClearWaterCook for a tasty side dish

We are Italian and my kids love anything with Parmesan cheese on it, so I decided to make this and see if they liked it. They ate every bite and said they liked it so we will be adding it to my weekly menu rotation. It's always great when you find a recipe that is so simple and so good too!
