  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease a large baking pan lightly with cooking spray. Heat oven to 425 degrees

  • Step 2: In a large bowl toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, garlic and Parmesan cheese.

  • Step 3: Spread the cauliflower out on the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Oven roast for 25 to 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.
