Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2

Combine mushrooms, shallots, garlic and green beans on a jelly roll pan coated with cooking spray.

Step 3

Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with thyme and pepper. Toss well to coat.

Step 4

Bake for 30 minutes or until beans are lightly browned.

Step 5

Sprinkle with salt, toss to combine.
