  • 1 cup shallots (thinly sliced)
  • 5 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 pounds green beans (trimmed)
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil (canola oil)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
