Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. On a baking sheet, toss together the cauliflower, garlic slices, bacon and olive oil.
Step 2
Roast for 25-30 minutes until bacon is crisp and cauliflower is cooked through. Season the roasted cauliflower with salt and pepper to taste.
OPTIONAL: You can sprinkle the roasted cauliflower with grated cheese of your choice, right after it comes out of the oven.
