"This adds a sweet Asian twist to roasted brussels sprouts! Though an option is given, IMHO these are much better with the fish sauce than with the soy sauce. From Steamy Kitchen."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 400F. On a baking sheet, toss the Brussels sprouts in the oil to coat evenly.
Step 2
Roast in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and toss them so that they cook evenly. Once turned, continue roasting for 10 more minutes.
Step 3
Remove Brussels sprouts from the oven and turn on oven broiler to high, with the oven rack positioned in the top third of the oven.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the Brussels sprouts, tossing to coat evenly. Broil the Brussels sprouts for about 5 minutes or until the sugar in the chili sauce is bubbling and caramelizing. Watch them carefully so they don't burn!
Step 5
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
