Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F.
Step 2
Place the spouts in a baking dish and drizzle withe olive oil; stir to combine.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, add the almonds and toss.
Step 4
Roast for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Step 5
When done, sprouts will be tender, but will still have some bite.
Step 6
This pairs well with seared salmon.
