Step 1

Carrots ... Add to a medium size bowl, the whiskey, maple syrup, olive oil, butter, salt and pepper. Mix well and toss in the carrots until combined well. Add the carrots to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

Step 2

Bake ... Oven at 450 on the middle shelf. Bake 30-45 minutes depending on the size of the carrots. I try to stick with a medium thickness and all about the same size so they cook evenly. Carrots will be done with they are golden brown and fork tender.

Step 3

Serve ... Transfer to a serving bowl and season with any additional salt and pepper. ENJOY!

This was a wonderful recipe, although I hade to make up my own measurements for my ingredients. I am not sure, of what measurements I used, but they must have been o.k....... because these were wonderful! We absolutely loved them, so easy and these carrots went so well with our roast. I used a honey whiskey with macadamia oil, and ohhhh sooo very good! Looking forward to making these again, with the right measurements. Note: This is a 5 star recipe, but because all ingredients and measurements are not included, I could not give 5 stars. I am sure I will be reviewing this again when all is fixed with 5/5 which should be 12/10!
