Step 1: Carrots ... Add to a medium size bowl, the whiskey, maple syrup, olive oil, butter, salt and pepper. Mix well and toss in the carrots until combined well. Add the carrots to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
Step 2: Bake ... Oven at 450 on the middle shelf. Bake 30-45 minutes depending on the size of the carrots. I try to stick with a medium thickness and all about the same size so they cook evenly. Carrots will be done with they are golden brown and fork tender.
Step 3: Serve ... Transfer to a serving bowl and season with any additional salt and pepper. ENJOY!
