Step 1

Heat an oven to 300° Fahrenheit .

Step 2

Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Place the unpeeled banana or bananas on the cookie sheet.

Step 3

The goal is to have the outside of the bananas completely black. Cook for 20 minutes. Then check the bananas to see if they are done enough on the outside. They should be totally black and soft to the touch. If they are not, cook longer and keep checking on them.

Step 4

When they are finished, take out of the oven and let cool. Then use for whatever recipe you need them for.
