Step by Step Method

Step 1

Melt 4 tablespoons butter in medium skillet.

Step 2

Add onions and cook over medium heat until very brown, 20-25 minutes.

Step 3

Beat eggs and milk together.

Step 4

Stir in salami, cheese, and onions.

Step 5

Melt remaining butter in skillet.

Step 6

Add egg mixture and scramble until set.

Step 7

Garnish with tomatoes and watercress.
