Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix rhubarb , sugar, water, vanilla .
Step 2
Add cornstarch which has been dissolved in water.
Step 3
Cook until thick.
Step 4
Mix together oatmeal and all other ingredients until crumbly.
Step 5
Pat 1/2 of mixture into greased 9x13 pan
Step 6
Pour in rhubarb mixture and sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
Step 7
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Step 8
Cooland cut into small bars.
