Very tasty omelet that was perfect for Sunday Brunch. This will be repeated for sure! 21 Jan 2018 Another lovely Brunch Omelet. I was a bit heavy with the basil & cilantro and a bit light with the red pepper. Very easy tasty omelet . Made before and enjoyed as much this time.

What a great breakfast this made and the only change I made for to use white onion for the red and thoroughly enjoyed the creamy softness of the eggs with the crunch of the vegies and the saltiness of the feta cheese, thank you dienia b made for Pick Me tag game under the 48 hour rule.
