Step by Step Method

Step 1

Using a food processor puree the raspberries (with the syrup) until smooth. Strain into a medium bowl, discarding any seeds.

Step 2

Pour lemonade concentrate into a large pitcher and add 9 cups water. Stir in one cup of the raspberry puree (reserve remaining puree for another purpose - over ice cream it is delish). Cover and chill.

Step 3

Serve over ice, adding fresh raspberries in each glass and garnish with lemon slice.

Deliciously refreshing!! I used strawberries as we discussed (could not get frozen raspberries in town anywhere). Looking forward to making with the raspberries as they are my favourite berry. Thank you for sharing Ellie! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

How refreshing and tasty! I had to get creative with this because I had the last bag of my own frozen raspberries in the freezer to use up. I added a little bit of raspberry pancake syrup to them, then followed the recipe. As you can see from the color, I was a bit over on the raspberry to lemonade ratio, and it was delicious! Thanks ellie. We're having a heat wave here in the PNW, and I'm going to have a glass of this in the morning for breakfast!

Fantabulous! This was so delicious and easy to put together that you can do it with your eyes closed. I couldn't find raspberries in syrup, so I used strawberries in syrup instead. I also decided no to strain the juice because the seed were minuscule and they wouldn't have bothered me anyway. I also used double the pureed strawberries and I think it was perfect. Thank you so much for this one ellie. My family and I LOVED it! Made it for Billboard Tag.
