Yum, yum! I used a sparkling raspberry rose that really accentuated the raspberries. It’s so tasty and if it wasn’t for the alcohol, I can see kiddos loving it. Perfect summer drink, helping you relax and enjoy the evening. Thank you, Marramamba, for sharing. Made it for Beach Party - summer tag game.

This was such a wonderful way to enjoy a bottle of rosé wine. It had a nice wine base with a fruity touch and a bit of a citrus zing with each sip. It was the perfect drink to enjoy while sitting on the deck on this hot summer afternoon. Thanks, Marra. We really enjoyed your Rosé Sparkler.

This was so good! I made a pitcher of this for our mini 4th of July celebration and it was the perfect, refreshing cocktail for a hot evening. I couldn't find a sparkling rose so I added some plain sparkling water to the pitcher along with the rose wine. We loved the flavor and I loved the ease of prep. I did opt to strain the drink as I poured them into the glasses. Great flavor combination. Thank you!

Chef Potpie

I've tried quite a few cocktails so far this summer for Seaside Brasserie, and this one is my favorite so far, not only for the easy preparation, but for the refreshing, bubbly, not-too-sweet-but-just-sweet-enough factor! :) I used my favorite rosé, Maison Jolie. The raspberries I've been getting here this year have had enormous seeds, so after smashing them with the juice and sugar, I mashed the liquid into my pitcher through a sieve so I had a smooth juice. This is not only a wonderful Summer, (Fall, Winter, Spring!) cocktail, but it looks very pretty as well! Thank you Miss Marra, this goes into my Best of 2020!
