"This recipe calls for French Breakfast radishes which I do not know what they are and know they are not available where I live so I think any radishes will work.
Recipe source: Saveur (April 2016)"
Wash and dry radishes, keeping greens intact or trim them within one inch of the radish and then thinly slice the radishes. Transfer radishes to medium bowl along with the shallots and salt, toss and let stand for 5 minutes.
IN a bowl whisk together the vinegar with the soy sauce and drizzle in the olive oil, whisking until emulsified.
Add the cilantro and half the dressing to the radishes and toss to combine.
Transfer to a platter, top with the goat cheese and serve remaining dressing on the side.
Kick start your day with one of these delicious fruit smoothies.
