The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound radish (1 bunch)
  • 2 tablespoons shallots, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (recipe calls for brown rice vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup cilantro leaves, loosely packed
  • 2 ounces goat cheese (crumbled)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash and dry radishes, keeping greens intact or trim them within one inch of the radish and then thinly slice the radishes. Transfer radishes to medium bowl along with the shallots and salt, toss and let stand for 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: IN a bowl whisk together the vinegar with the soy sauce and drizzle in the olive oil, whisking until emulsified.

  • Step 3: Add the cilantro and half the dressing to the radishes and toss to combine.

  • Step 4: Transfer to a platter, top with the goat cheese and serve remaining dressing on the side.
