Very easy to put together and not complicated at all. This was perfect because I was overloaded with Christmas prep and needed something quick and tasty. Brought it over my sisters-in-law for Christmas Eve and we all enjoyed. The only thing I will do differently next time is add a bit more spice., otherwise it was perfect. Thank you Luvcookn for sharing. Made it for PickMeTag.

I love pumpkin pie but hate making crust and find just pumpkin custard to be a bit boring, so this recipe is perfect for me. I made a half recipe in an 8 inch square pan and it worked fine. I made the "crust" in the food processor, so it was quick and easy. Flavors are great. Will be making this again.

Made these squares back in November for the Remembrance weekend. This is a great recipe for the pumpkin pie taste without having to make pastry. In my oven the oat mix was done a touch sooner, I'm sure it's a matter of oven temps do vary. Another Luv recipe added my favourites cookbook!
