"I got this recipe from a co-worker. As she was warming this up, a lovely aroma filled the lunchroom. It also looked so tasty, I had to ask her what was in it. She set aside a sample for me to try, and wow, it was great. Thanks Jeannie, now this soup is in my regular rotation."

I made this soup for my DD's cafe. It was so easy to make for such a flavorsome soup. I doubled the recipe although I did double celery as I did not have it on hand. No biggie, this soup had such a great texture, with wonderful flavor's. I will be making this for her cafe again next week, as everyone enjoyed this wonderful soup!

The aroma alone makes this a five star recipe. What a lovely creamy great tasting soup! A good friend dropped by with pumpkins awhile back, they have made for delicious soups and this is one of them. Made as posted and wouldn't change a thing. Another Bea winner that had made it to my Family Cookbook!

Delicious pumpkin soup! We enjoyed it very much. I accidentally bought Libby's pumpkin pie filling instead of pumpkin and didn't even realize it until I was washing the can. That is probably why my soup has a darker color the the photo by QB. I also did not puree smooth as I did it in my blender. Thanks for such a wonderful recipe QB! Made for Billboard tag.
