Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large bowl beat together the pudding mix and milk until slightly thickened. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger and cloves, and mix until well combined.

Pour 1/2 cup of the mousse into each of 8 serving dishes. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
