The ingredients are:
  • 1 (4 serving) size package sugar free instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 3/4 cup lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 (15 ounce)can solid pack pumpkin
  • 1(8 ounce) container no sugar added whipped topping, thawed (such as Cool Whip)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl beat together the pudding mix and milk until slightly thickened. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger and cloves, and mix until well combined.

  • Step 2: Gently fold in the whipped topping in three additions.

  • Step 3: Pour 1/2 cup of the mousse into each of 8 serving dishes. Chill 30 minutes before serving.
