"This idea came to me just before Thanksgiving when I was sitting in my car at the Sonic drive in waiting for my diet soda to be delivered. I was envying a picture on their sign of a pumpkin milkshake, and I thought I bet I can do something like that with yogurt. Anyway, the result is this breakfast parfait. You can adjust the seasonings as you like, and can also add in more or less pumpkin. It makes a good snack too:) "
